Scope of the project

SSMI was entrusted with the full-scale dismantling and repurposing of production assets at Givaudan AG's facility located in Kemptthal, Switzerland. 

Guided by objectives such as maximising asset value, ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, and promoting the circular economy, we seamlessly managed every phase of the operation - from inventory assessment and disassembly to remarket, sales and packaging for our international transport.

By leveraging our expertise, Givaudan successfully transitioned their facility while contributing to global sustainability goals!
