Pick and place robot (Carbon fibre arms) selects components from conveyor and places into the Sorting Skid Aluminium Access Platform Franz Tolke Hopper Elevator Unscrambler with Product Divert Baffle, single hopper elevator that can divert to either of the two unscramblers depending on product type. Franz Tolke Unscrambler Tolke Power and Controls Enclosure Dietz Rollwa Unscrambler Schubert Pack Station 1 – Bottles placed into Fill Skid by robot from Sorting Skids. Each Fill skid holds two lots of 8 bottles Schubert Pack Station 2 – Bottles picked from unscrambler conveyor belt and placed into Sorting Skid Schubert Pack Station 3 – Depending on product type set up, robot places flip top/pump/insert into Fill Skid Schubert Pack Station 4 – Filling station number 1, load cell lifts up bottles slightly from the filling skid to measure weight/fill volume.
